Llwyn Bedw is a delightful, 400 year old, stone built cottage nestling in the heart of Snowdonia, commanding the most magnificent panoramic views. From the front door you can access many of the well trodden footpaths of Snowdonia. A busy stream runs alongside the cottage garden down to the Lake in Llanberis.
The house has been carefully renovated to retain its charm and character, with beamed ceilings, wooden and slate floors, thick stone walls, and a huge inglenook fireplace. The comforts of modern day living have been carefully integrated to provide a unique holiday home with little luxuries to make your holiday one to remember.
The large farmhouse-style kitchen with its Aga and wooden table seating eight is well equipped with good utensils and electrical appliances. A treat to cook and eat in. Look out of the kitchen window up at towering peak of Snowdon.
The sitting room with its brightly coloured rugs, has plenty of comfy seating around the woodburning stove, which sits in a splendid inglenook. A door from the sitting room leads out into the garden and river, with barbecue and picnic bench for outside dining. The cosy snug with its wood-burning stove and TV has a fully sprung sofa bed if you have a friend or two for a night.
Llwyn Bedw sleeps six in three bedrooms, one
four poster bed, one king-size bed and two single beds ideal
for children. The ground floor bathroom has a deep roll topped
antique cast iron bath, separate shower, toilet, and basin.
The upstairs bathroom has bath, toilet, and basin.
