Cardigan, an ancient market town is approx 2 miles down the road. There you will find a bustling shopping centre with independent shops and supermarkets, a lively theatre/cinema and two leisure centres, one with both indoor swimming pool and toddler pool.
You will be spoilt for choice for beaches and hidden coves in this area. Sandy beaches at Mwnt, Aberporth, Tresaith, Penbryn and Poppit are ideal for bathing or simply lazing.
You can walk to your heart's content in the nearby countryside and on the coastal paths, or just watch for the dolphins and seals.
You can be as lazy or as active as you like in this beautiful part of West Wales. Each cottage has a folder containing information and leaflets on the various activities in the area.
